Synopsis
In a dark and blood smeared shed miles outside of town, Michael battles for the life of Rebecca, the woman he loves. For four days now, her mind has been the battleground where a series of demons have driven her to unspeakable acts of evil and depravity. Convinced that he is the only one who might be able to save her, Michael fights his way through the horrors of haunted cemeteries, maddening forests, and a cursed mansion.

Synopsis:
Sprinkles is a short psychological drama/thriller written and directed by Roger A. Scheck (NOBODY LOVES ALICE) and stars Brooke Lewis (iMURDERS) and Don Danielson (BOXES). High-priced call girl, Maura (Brooke Lewis), has a seemingly chance encounter with a client, Gary (Don Danielson), while on a business trip. When Gary turns violent in the midst of their exchange, Maura’s fear slips away as she realizes that Gary has a dirty little secret fetish. Maura, with a secret of her own, reveals that this encounter may not be a random occurrence, but a calculated attempt to avenge a man from sprinkles of her past. Gary learns that he is getting a lot more than he paid for.

“Scares That Care!” is a not-for-profit organization that provides money, toys and other items to help sick children.

Led by horror film director and retired police officer Joe Ripple, this benefit will utilize the fan base of the horror, haunt and Halloween genres to raise funds and awareness for sick children in need. We plan to have a GREAT time holding benefits, by showing films, having silent auctions and maybe getting lucky enough to have a few celebrity appearances along the way. Our success depends upon YOU.

Our good friend Brooke Lewis got zombified at a press release event at Illusion Industries studios on February 24th. Brooke will be working with Todd Tucker and Illusion Industries on her new film “Vamp It Out”. The make up was for an FX test shoot, and as you can see the test went very well! Brooke was kind enough to send us the photos so we could show you this awesome FX job! Illusion Industries has done make up FX for such movies as “The Watchman” and “The Mask”. Story Synopsis:

Twilight.

Now that I have your attention, I’d like to share with you my thoughts on the series that has swept across the nation practically overnight, blowing the minds of adolescent girls and boys everywhere! Keep in mind this is an opinion-based column and straight out of my extended imagination.

I am inspired to write this column while in the wonderful and mysterious city of New Orleans at Lafitte’s Blacksmith Shop: home of awful customer service, but incredible Voodoo Slushes! As far as I am concerned, there is no other city that can portray and capture the unique beauty and magic of the occult quite the way that New Orleans does. If you are fascinated by dark history, vampire folklore, and restless spirits, then New Orleans will feed your soul and leave you thirsty for more history lessons. (continue reading…)
